I'm probably in the minority, but I really really liked Elizabeth's story arc through the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. (You know Elizabeth's the main character, right? That Jack Sparrow fellow is all very amusing, but the story begins and ends with Lizzie. Discuss! ;p )

Old sketch with some quick colours thrown on. It's ... very green. It didn't look this green on my laptop! I shall justify it by saying it's that before-a-storm greenish hue you get in the air ... yes, that's it!

That's what I likes about the whole series. Everyone had thier own path including Elizabeth She wanted to be a pirate and more than that; PIRATE KING. How is that not amazing?????!!!!!!!!! And the best part is she did get a happy ending after cursed skeletons, a sea monster, and an entire war. ^^)

Bang up job with this contribuation. ^^ The colors and details match perfectly. P)

Thank you so much! It's been so long now since I've watched the movies, I really need to do it again. Definitely Elizabeth's character had the most interesting arc. :D

She's so pretty!
Love you depiction of her =D
I would only say that her hair is too light for the rest of the picture, but that's my only observation! ^^

And you are not alone, mate! :ahoy:
Jack and Lizzie are, equally, my top favorite characters on PotC franchise - I always thought she had an important hole on the story ;)

In my opinion - and going against the majority as well - the second movie is the best, because it created a completely new approach on their story and brought Davy Jones and Tia Dalma!! *o*
It isn't the perfect movie only because of the 3rd one, that did not explain almost any of the ''mysteries'' of the 2nd movie =/

You're right about storms. Before a tornado hits, there is a slight greenish tinge to the atmosphere. It makes for a very violent situation. By the way, could you do Will?

=^__^= I grew up in tornado country myself, so I am well familiar with the phenomenon.

I'd love to draw Will (and the rest of the cast too, while we're at it), but there's a lot of drawing I'd love to do that I simply don't have time for, unfortunately.
