I will not use any commissioned artwork to gain profit (prints, merchandise, etc) without you (the commissioner) giving me explicit permission to do so. I also will not post the images on here or any of my websites without your explicit permission. I do, however, retain all right to use these pieces in my private portfolio. I will retain the copyright to these images. I will not claim ownership of the characters, just of the art. You cannot redistribute this for a profit without MY explicit permission. Do not make prints, merchandise, etc of the commissioned pieces or commercial uses of them. Do not claim my commissions as your own art. Thank you.
