Or, I suppose "ahoy" would be more appropriate. :D

Anyway, I totally stole this idea ("plundered"?) from :iconkreugan: ... I've got lots of new watchers I've never met, so if you're reading this, please feel free to comment and say HELLO! And just because, go ahead and tell me:

1) Your name
2) One of your favorite books and/or movies
3) Something exciting or fun that you've done lately! (as with last time, this can be anything from "I SAILED AROUND THE WORLD" to "I went bowling!", haha)

I'll answer too!

Hi everyone! I'm Kat, my favorite books are Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series (although I'm on a Georgette Heyer kick right now), and all I ever do is work all the time, so I don't have anything fun to report ... although we did just get a new kitten, so that's pretty cool!

:star:

In other news, I've got some funds burning a hole in my Paypal; is there anyone out there open for commissions, on whom I can shower some dollars? (A very moderate shower ... I don't have that many funds!) Leave a comment and let me know. :D

  • Mood: Questionable
  • Listening to: Animation Podcast
  • Reading: The Spanish Bride, Georgette Heyer
  • Drinking: espresso

And for the movie I pick my all time Favourites "Sleepy Hollow" and "Princess Mononoke"

Heh, I wonder how possible a fiction commission would be? In any case, commissions are always fun...hope you find a good one!

I am Michelle and I've just completed a week's stay at my sister's place in the city...we spent 4th of July at the free Lincoln park zoo in Chicago and walking around the Lincoln Park area (shopping, comic book store, etc.) Very fun!! As for books and movies to recommend...I think you know all of my favs by now. I just finished reading "Ranger's Apprentice", which was cute and fun. And the last movie I saw was Wall-E...so cute!!
